Delivery and Shipping

Outside of peak sale periods, we will dispatch all orders received on a business day by Midday the same day. Orders received after Midday will be shipped the following business day.

Standard AU shipping takes between 2-6 business days.

Express shipping takes between 1-3 business days.

Standard NZ shipping takes between 5-10 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping notification via email. This will include your tracking number that you can use here > http://auspost.com.au/track/

We ship to New Zealand for a flat rate of $15 AUD.

We are unable to offer free exchange shipping to New Zealand, and do not take responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees involved in international shipment.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to change the customers address. So sorry about this!

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post (please keep an eye on your Junk Folder for this) with your orders tracking information.

You will be able to arrange a re-direct with Australia Post so that they can change your address for you.
